1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to ShowMeTheFunds ("SMtF") or using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
2. Nature of Service
SMtF aggregates verified information on grants, schemes, accelerators, incubators, debt programs, and investors available to Indian startups. We are an information service, not a funding agency or investment advisor.
3. Subscription Plans
- Monthly / Annual Access – auto-renewing until cancelled.
- Founding Member / Lifetime Access – one-time payment for permanent access to all modules (excluding future Investor Database unless specified).
4. Payment & Invoices
All payments are processed via Razorpay or authorized gateways in INR. Invoices are issued with GST details where applicable.
5. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- You may cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase for a full refund—no questions asked.
- Requests must be sent to support@showmethefunds.app within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- After 7 days, refunds apply only to duplicate payments or compliance errors.
6. User Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Maintain confidentiality of login details.
- Use data only for personal business planning — not for resale or redistribution.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, databases, UI, and materials on SMtF are copyright © ShowMeTheFunds. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our listings without written consent.
8. Accuracy of Information
We verify data from official sources but cannot guarantee timeliness or accuracy of third-party content. Use at your own discretion.
9. Availability & Maintenance
We aim for 99% uptime. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance. SMtF is not liable for downtime due to external failures.
10. Termination of Access
SMtF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms or using data unethically.
11. Limitation of Liability
SMtF is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of our information or failure to obtain funding.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India.
