ShowMeTheFunds (SMtF), operated by ELDFYRE INCUBATOR PVT LTD, is committed to providing a seamless digital experience. While most interactions are automated, we recognize that exceptions can occur. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellations Before Activation

If you cancel a subscription before your account has been activated or access has been granted, you are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of payment. Activation is considered complete once you receive login access or the first digital deliverable.

2. Refunds After Activation

Post-activation refund requests are evaluated under the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate payments submitted in error.
  • Technical errors on our side that prevented access for more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • Incorrect plan charges that differ from the selected subscription.
  • Requests covered under our 7-day money-back guarantee.

3. Submitting a Refund Request

  • Email support@showmethefunds.app within seven (7) days of payment.
  • Include your registered email ID, payment reference number, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  • We may request additional documentation to verify the claim.

Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Promotional discounts and limited-period offers.
  • Digital content or reports that have been downloaded or consumed.
  • Accounts found non-compliant with acceptable use guidelines.

5. Cancellations Initiated by SMtF

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, misuse data, or attempt unauthorized reselling. Refund eligibility in such cases is evaluated at our sole discretion, factoring in the severity and duration of the violation.
